I agree that I am hiring Ms. Camila as an Independent Contractor and not as an employee, therefore she is a free-agent representing herself in schools in Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC..*

I agree that Ms. Camila will sub for me using her curriculum, music playlist and speakers, unless otherwise agreed in written with school or teacher.*

I agree to release Ms. Camila from any liabilities of risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might occur as a result of minors or adults participating in classes in a closed or opened space that I own or that I am allowed to host classes at, except in a case of ​gross ​negligence. *

I agree that Ms. Camila will be compensated hourly (per half hour) regardless of the service requested by the studio or agreed with the studio or teacher, as an instructor, as a director, as a supervisor or in any other capacity.*

I agree to compensate Ms. Camila $60.00 (sixty US dollars) for each hour spent at the studio or as a teacher.*

I agree that if any changes, scheduling reductions, or complete cancellations occur within two (2) hours of the scheduled start time of her agreed-upon substituting shift that is not cause by an Act of God, she will remain eligible for financial protection.*

I agree that these circumstances, Ms. Camila will be compensated for the full expected amount of teaching wages she would have earned for that entire day's scheduled shift.*

I agree that this protection covers any last-minute administrative changes, student cancellations, or facility adjustments that happen within the two-hour cutoff window after she has already committed to the shift.*

I agree to submit Ms. Camila online full daily compensation within 3 business days from scheduled shift or with a Business Check (paper check) at the time of scheduled shift.*

I agree to submit Ms. Camila through her Venmo account [@CH-2021] or her Direct Deposit [Truist Bank, Account1.4700.2179.5100, Routing #0511-404-260].*

I agree that Ms. Camila cannot and will not be compensated in cash or personal check.*

I agree that this agreement does not expire and is valid for all future subbing requests accepted in written by Ms. Camila.*
